The
community shed now has gutters and waterbutts and is setting an example for saving
precious water,which we would like even more plot holders to follow. Photos of some sheds and water-collecting, and links to advice.
The open day raffle was a great success, and contributed to our success in raising funds on the day to spend on improvements on the allotment site. Thanks to donors, and to everyone.
Our 2008 Open Day was a great success despite some rain, with lovely food, great fun to kids, marvellous raffle (read more about the raffle), honey and jam and a chance for us to show off our lovely allotment site and raise some money for the site.
